We sell ten (10) hangers in a set, the set of lingerie hangers gets packed in our special designed boxes were it then gets sealed for your and our protection.

Once you have decided on your order, send us a note informing us that you need a quote on our “contact us” page, and we will do the rest.

When the quote request comes through to our offices, we will respond to it within 24 hours.

If you accept our quote then the ordering, manufacturing and delivering process follows.

If you are still not sure, or require some advice, or just want to chat about your quote, send us an email or give us a call.

Our pricing are uncomplicated.

The prices you get quoted on are valid for thirty (30) days and thereafter the price are subject to change without prior notice.

All deliveries will need to be signed for.

Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.

Any delivery found damaged must be reported to Bras-siere International within three (3) working days of receipt, so that we can follow up with the discrepancy.

We pride ourselves in meeting deadlines. Once we agree to a deadline we WILL meet it.

Returns Of Bras-Siere Products:

We want you to be delighted when you receive your order from us. Occasionally though, goods may be faulty or get damaged in transit.

We request that you inform us within three (3) working days so that we can follow up. Please call our offices so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

We will then advise you accordingly of what to do with the goods or how to return them, which courier to use etc
If the goods were refused due to damage in transit or signed for as “DAMAGED UNCHECKED”, the cost of return should be borne by the courier company.

Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the client and the goods will be replaced depending on the circumstances.

In all cases Bras-siere International reserves the right to replace goods instead of refunding monies.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
